Return and Exchange Policy – Bekid3D Store
At Bekid3D, we are committed to customer satisfaction and providing a distinguished and fair shopping experience, in accordance with the Saudi Ministry of Commerce regulations and the E-commerce Law. Below are the details of our approved return and exchange policy:
Article One – Exchange Policy
The consumer has the right to request an exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product:
- Is unused or not operated.
- Is in its original condition as received.
- Is fully packaged and in the same original packaging method.
The consumer bears the shipping costs when requesting an exchange, except in the following cases, where the store covers all costs:
- If the product differs from the original order.
- If a verified manufacturing defect is found.
- If damage occurs during shipping due to an error by the store or poor packaging.
The store inspects and examines the product within 3 working days from the date of receipt to ensure it meets the conditions before accepting the exchange request.
The following cases do not allow for exchange:
- Products designed or printed according to the consumer’s request, unless a manufacturing defect is found or they do not meet the specified specifications.
- Products that have been fully or partially used or where the consumer has obtained their benefit.
- Damaged or impaired products due to misuse or improper possession.
Article Two – Return Policy
The consumer has the right to request a return within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product:
- Is unused or not operated.
- Is in its original condition and packaging.
- Is accompanied by all accessories and invoices (if any).
The consumer bears the shipping costs when returning, except in the following cases, where the store bears all costs:
- If the product contains a verified manufacturing defect.
- If an incorrect or non-compliant product was delivered.
After inspecting the product and verifying it meets the conditions, the amount is refunded within 5 to 7 working days via the original payment method.
The following cases do not allow for return:
- Products made or designed specifically upon request.
- Products that have been used, operated, or damaged after receipt.

Responses will be provided within 1 to 2 working days to clarify the required steps. Upon approval of the request, the customer is asked to ship the product and send the tracking number to the store for verification.
The store inspects the product within 3 working days from the date of receipt, and if approved, the replacement product is shipped or the amount refunded within 5 to 7 working days from the approval date.
Article Four – Important Notes
For international orders or returns, the consumer bears all shipping, delivery, and customs fees (if any).
Bekid3D is not responsible for any damages or loss during shipping by the consumer, so it is recommended to use a trusted shipping company and pack the product securely.
The consumer has the right to cancel the order if the product delivery is delayed by more than 15 working days from the agreed date, unless prior notice was given due to an acceptable reason.
All mentioned timeframes are calculated in working days only and do not include weekends or official holidays.
